It’s March, and you know what that means: it’s time to get out there and enjoy all that nature has to offer. Here are a few recommendations for things to do in Zurich and around in March, just in case you need some inspiration!

If you’re looking to learn more about Swiss culture, why not attend a concert or visit a museum? Many events are happening all over Switzerland that focus on the arts and history! Cherry blossom

Zurich’s cherry blossom hot spots

This colourful spectacle occurs – depending on the temperatures – as early as mid-March. There are multiple spots to enjoy the cherry blossoms or take pictures of them.

Light Spectacle

Zurich Opera House will be an audiovisual light spectacle, with a special show on the opera building itself. The show will combine music and projections, allowing for an immersive experience that viewers will not want to miss.

H.R. Giger exhibition

If you’re looking for some great jazz music in Zürich, there are plenty of options.  

When it comes to something more low-key, there are plenty of Jazz concerts at the Moods club or pop-up Jazz concerts happening around town. For a more formal concert experience, check out Joss Stone‘s or Jojo Mayer and Swiss Jazz Orchestra concerts.
