TELC
The VOX Language School is a certified TELC examination center. We offer both group and individual lessons to prepare you as best as possible for the TELC exams, which you can take directly with us.
TELC certificates are required for integration and residence permits (A1, A2, B1), obtaining Swiss citizenship (B1), professional activities (B1, B2), access to universities (C1), and recognition of foreign diplomas (B2, C1).
Exam preparation
Our highly qualified teachers have a university background in linguistics and experience in the preparation for TELC language exams. Their expertise and experience ensure support for your success in language exams. Preparation is offered both in group courses and in individual lessons.

- The examination is divided into two parts: a written section and an oral section. Candidates are required to perform tasks that encompass all skills. The receptive component involves reading, listening, and language comprehension. Tasks may include multiple-choice questions or matching exercises. In the productive segment, which includes writing and speaking, candidates respond to prompts and express themselves either in written form or orally. During the oral examination, the emphasis is on direct interaction between candidates.

I just finished the A2 online course with Lili and could not be happier. With only 4 people in the class, there is plenty of opportunity to speak, something that is difficult in most other schools. We received great personalised feedback as this amount of students is also much more manageable for the teacher. After trying 3 other language schools online and in Zurich, this is the one I will continue my education with.
The schools is very accommodating of my schedule and preferences. Overall it has been a great experience. I am very happy with my classes with Natalie. She strikes the right balance between grammar and speaking practice. She takes my feedback into consideration and I very much enjoy the learning experience. She is an excellent teacher, patient, knowledgeable, engaging and friendly. She makes learning fun and is definitely one of my all-time favorite teachers! I always look forward to my German classes.
I learnt Russian with Vox-Sprachschule. Currently I learn German and Arabic with them. They have very professional teachers, and individual flexible approach to students. I'd especially like to recommend Mr Botchkarev as a teacher to people who think they are bad at learning languages. Mr. Botchkarev will not only teach you the language, but also will learn you how to learn languages.
Vox have been really great ever since my first contact and communication with them. Lilli was really great about helping me to find the right course and get everything set up. I have taken private German lessons with Elly and she has been an amazing teacher. I've never been good at learning languages, she is patient and encouraging, but also gently pushes me to outperform my own expectations and keep my learning moving along. I'm really grateful.
I am so happy and grateful for these two months of intensive German with Evgeniya. After only two weeks of classes, my husband who is German, told me that the improvement in my language skills was already noticeable. For professional reasons, I enrolled in the course with a ''private'' teacher, Joline. My goal was to be able to erase some mistakes I kept repeating and to hone my skills in dative and accusative. Languages
For every language we teach at VOX-Sprachschule, we focus on speaking, as it is the most natural form of communication. Many people concentrate on writing and reading, which prevents them from feeling like they are making progress in their target language. We try to approach this learning process differently: when you train yourself to speak first, grammar simply becomes a tool to support you in your language-learning journey. Reading and writing should come naturally, while speaking needs to be practiced at least 15 minutes a day.
