(Translated by Google) I had the opportunity to take my first French course (A1/A2) with Sebastien Pruvost. Sebastien has become one of my favorite teachers so far, committed to teaching French quickly and in a structured way. His method is based on traditional textbooks like Grammaire en Dialogues (Grammar in Dialogues) as well as playful, authentic aural and visual options. He is flexible and specifically addresses his students' needs. I wholeheartedly recommend Sebastien as a French teacher at the VOX School! After a few courses at VOX, studying German, I can only recommend it for: 1) the quality / professionalism of the teaching (always prepared, hand-outs if necessary, follow-ups over email if a class is missed and topics / words / concepts promptly addressed the following lessons); 2) flexibility of the teaching and administration; 3) small class size (one of my main selection criteria) which allows for a good practice / feedback for all students; 4) convenient location close to HB (which was a big plus when you are trying to strike a balance with work and other chores). Both teachers I had so far (Coralie and Larissa) were extremely helpful, accurate and kind and helped me moved towards my goals.
Super friendly and fantastic conversation

The best language school for immigrants. Very reliable and responsive team, great teachers and also comfortable classes in heart of the city. I improved myself a lot with two courses already, and gladly will attend for more. Also the schedule might be flexible and they help with any questions I have. Thank you VOX! Keep going 🤗
Very efficient and skilled teacher. I recommend
(Translated by Google) The Vox language school always made an effort to accommodate my needs and wishes. Ms. Houria Merrad, my French teacher, was very professional and, even when things got difficult, always encouraged me to keep going – with complete success. I'd be happy to come back! Immer wieder gerne!
Had the best learning experience here! Was very lucky to be assigned to class of 2 students (including me) and have Kenny as my teacher here for my A1 class who make each class so fun and not as hard as i thought (not to mention he studies linguistic and multiple languange too, so he's super knowledgable and knows how to explain things from different POV of languanges). Location of the school is very strategic, only 7-8 mins walking distance from station. Classroom always tidy and nice. Love!
After 13+ years in Switzerland I finally enrolled myself in super intensive German lessons A1 and chose VOX based on stellar online reviews. I can fully echo all the positive reviews as the class sizes are small and ideal for learning and the instructors (Felicity) are extremely patient and awesome. Registration is a breeze and the central location makes it easily accessible via public transportation. Looking forward to A2 and I can definitely recommend VOX to anyone who is ready to learn German!

Very good school! Teachers are super nice, professional, and FLEXIBLE! (What you will not get from other schools). Learning from A1 to A2, and moving forward to B1 with Vox. Totally recommend. Ps : vote Olga ;).

Evgenia Golandskaya, who organized everything, was also fantastic! Both of them made my time there a positive experience. Thank you both so much! Quality teaching
Languages
For every language we teach at VOX-Sprachschule, we focus on speaking, as it is the most natural form of communication. Many people concentrate on writing and reading, which prevents them from feeling like they are making progress in their target language. We try to approach this learning process differently: when you train yourself to speak first, grammar simply becomes a tool to support you in your language-learning journey. Reading and writing should come naturally, while speaking needs to be practiced at least 15 minutes a day.
