Vox Language School has an amazing philosophy when it comes to teaching and language learning. The students are in the centre of attention and their needs and wants are focused on with empathy and interest. The whole team is warm and welcoming and as a teacher I especially appreciate the recognition from my students and boss. I can definitely recommend this school to anyone - students and teachers!
(Translated by Google) Top language school - absolutely recommended! (Original) Top Sprachschule - absolut empfehlenswert!
Great teachers
(Translated by Google) I can only agree with the positive reviews. Everything goes perfectly, from the first contact to the lesson. I'm currently doing a Swiss German course. My teacher Silvan has studied languages and addresses the student's strengths and weaknesses. He pays a lot of attention to little things. The lessons are relaxed and really fun. After six weeks I have already made good progress which motivates me further. I can recommend the VOX language school without reservation.
I really like the school. It is organized, my teacher is really good (almost no English during the German class) and there are maximum 5 studens per class, which is important for the learning process.
(Translated by Google) The courses at Vox are really interesting and fun. You learn and talk a lot there, which helps a lot to get used to the language. Franciska is very friendly and her lessons are always well prepared, and always include varied and fun exercises. And the school is very close to the station, which is practical (10 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by running, maybe less if you are very athletic). (Original) Les cours chez Vox sont vraiment intéressants et ludiques. On y apprend et parle beaucoup, ce qui aide énormément à s'habituer au langage. Franciska est très sympathique et ses leçons sont toujours bien préparées, et comprennent toujours des exercices variés et amusants. Et l'école est tout près de la gare, ce qui est pratique (10mn à pied, 5mn en courant, peut-être moins si vous êtes très athlétique).
Being a teacher at VOX is a very rich and joyful experience. The VOX method allows the students to get to meet a language from one of the most important sides of it – speaking. Back in the days, when I was learning English and French, a method such as the VOX-method would have helped me a lot and I would have loved to get to know it earlier. VOX provides a learning atmosphere that gives the students a chance to learn a language with a lot of motivation. One of the many advantages is also that the school is located right next to the main train station and that is very convenient both for the students and the teachers.
(Translated by Google) It was an outstanding experience! From the start I felt welcome and in good hands. The teacher Mel is simply fantastic and highly qualified! The lessons were designed to be interesting and interactive. If you want to improve your language skills, this is definitely the right place for you. (Original) Es war eine herausragende Erfahrung! Von Anfang an fühlte ich mich willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Die Lehrerin Mel ist einfach fantastisch und hochqualifiziert! Der Unterricht wurde interessant und interaktiv gestaltet. Wer seine Sprachkenntnisse verbessern möchte, ist hier definitiv an der richtigen Adresse.
I was taking individual classes and I had good teacher during the training. More focus on practical learning vs. overkill with grammar.
(Translated by Google) Entertaining and recommended lessons with a focus on verbal communication. Both the teachers and the course managers were always very courteous and helpful. (Original) Unterhaltsamer und empfehlenswerter Unterricht mit Fokus auf die verbale Kommunikation. Sowohl die Lehrpersonen, als auch die Kurs-Managerinnen waren immer sehr zuvorkommenden und hilfreich.
The teachers are very competent (in my case Daniel and Marion) and the secretariat is very helpful and friendly. The school seems to be more expensive than others, but it is not because you will learn quickly.
Good teachers and overall experience. Highly recommend

Your experienced teacher will help you to improve your language skills and also develop strategies for tackling the different parts of the exam. Our classes are small (3-5 people). This small size means your teacher can adapt to you and your needs. This exam preparation course will cover all parts of the exam: reading comprehension, listening comprehension, language elements (vocabulary and grammar), writing and, naturally, VOX’s specialty, speaking, and will familiarise you with the structure of each section. By using Telc-specific exam preparation materials you will be fully prepared for the exam by the end of the course.

Many people struggle to learn German due to psychological barriers preventing them from actively speaking. At VOX-Sprachschule, we have developed a methodology that grants you the possibility to overcome whatever difficulties you may encounter when looking for the most efficient way to learn how to speak. Our teachers will constantly pay attention to your individual learning needs, which is guaranteed to make your experience at VOX-Sprachschule a success story.
Speaking is the most natural function of language. If we compare learning languages to learning an instrument, the key to success is practice - practicing playing or, in the case of languages, speaking. Once the connections between your brain and the muscles responsible for speech are established, you can create beautifully sounding sentences. At VOX-Sprachschule, you will learn to speak actively - understanding, reading, and writing will follow.
