Super-Intensive English A2 Courses at Zurich Central

I just finished the semi intensive German A2 course with Yana Antonova. Yana is a great teacher and I loved her style of teaching. She is professional, patient, explains well and makes lessons as interesting and fun as possible for all. We had a group of four that gave all of us plenty of time to practice and ask questions. Lessons were moderated very well by Yana. I highly recommend her.

I couldn't be happier with my A1 online German course with VOX! The team has been enormously professional and responsive, providing great support all through the course. And my instructor, Maria...WOW!! As a former educator, I've been extremely impressed by her level of knowledge AND her ability to explain every single question clearly and completely. Maria is a seriously talented German teacher--ask for her, though I'm sure VOX has a full team of great teachers to offer. FIVE GOLD STARS for my A1 German course with VOX. Would give more if possible!

It was a pleasure working with VOX. The teachers were wonderful, as was Aida and Thea in helping to organize the schedules (and everything else!) I’ve tried a few language courses, and none were as accommodating and effective as VOX has been for me. I would absolutely recommend them!

I had a German A1 course in Vox, with Yelyzaveta Berezovska as a teacher. I am very satisfied with Elly's teaching approach. She was paying attention to each student's progress and helped us overcome the difficulties that we had with the material. The classes were structured well with short repetitions of the previously learned material, then learning new material, summarising what we had learned at the end of each class, and setting homework assignments. Besides following the workbook, there were a lot of interactive exercises that Elly had prepared herself, that challenged us to practice what we had learned. Also a lot of out of the book homework in addition. I had the feeling that I was progressing after each class. The workbook "Sprachniveau A1+ Begegnungen, Deutsch als Fremdsprache" by Anne Buscha and Szilvia Szita we used in the class was structured and thought through extremely well. What I like about the school is that there is an option to visit the classes online. This is really convenient not to miss classes when traveling. The online courses worked surprisingly well, as the school classrooms are equipped for online teaching as well and Elly was making sure that you feel like you are really in the classroom. My experience with VOX has been overall very positive and I cannot stress enough how their format of teaching to a maximum of 4 people at a time helps students developing their linguistic skills faster: you have more time to speak, to ask questions and to interact with your co-students.
